If you sell online in the EU, the EAA applies since 28 June 2025.
E-commerce, banking, ticketing, telecoms, transport and e-books must meet accessibility requirements (EN 301 549: in practice, WCAG 2.2 AA). Conforma gives you the scans, fixes and paperwork to show where every site stands.

Questions
What counts as a "site"?
One domain you monitor: acme.com and shop.acme.com count separately. Each scan crawls that site's pages up to your plan's page cap, following its sitemap and links.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed by Paddle as merchant of record: EU VAT is calculated, added and invoiced at checkout automatically (reverse-charge with a valid VAT number). Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Does a good score mean I'm EAA-compliant?
No tool can promise that. Automated testing reliably catches roughly a third of WCAG issues: the machine-checkable ones like contrast, missing alt text and broken labels. Conforma finds those precisely, tracks them over time, and documents your progress; pair it with a manual audit for full conformance.
Do you use an accessibility overlay?
No. Overlays mask problems for automated checkers, but real users still run into them, and they're a frequent target of lawsuits. Conforma tests your real markup and shows the exact element to fix at the source.
Can I put my own brand on reports?
On Agency and Scale, PDF reports and statements carry your logo and agency name with no Conforma mark. You can sell them as your own audits.
What happens if I hit my site limit?
Nothing breaks. You just can't add more sites until you upgrade or remove one. Scans and monitoring on existing sites continue.
